The Gin Corner

Founded in 2013 within Hotel Adriano Rooftop, The Gin Corner is Italy’s first gin bar. A landmark for gin and mixology enthusiasts, it offers an extraordinary selection of international and craft gin labels, along with Martinis, cocktails and delicious Italian bites. Winner of prestigious awards – including “Best Hotel Bar” in Italy – and former official sponsor of Schweppes, The Gin Corner is a hub of social connections, innovative mixology, and urban energy.

Opening hours: 6pm – midnight from Sunday to Thursday / 6pm – 1 am on Friday and Saturday

Rooftop

From 10:00 onwards, guests can enjoy the terrace to relax in the sun, while admiring the rooftops of Rome. During the warmer months, The Gin Corner's expertise also moves to this elevated setting. Our new rooftop is ideal for sipping a sunset drink accompanied by small bites of Italian cuisine.

Opening months: approximately from March to October
Opening hours: from 10 a.m. to midnight from Sunday to Thursday / from 10 to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday
Bar and restaurant service: from 4:00 PM onward.

Our Breakfast

Every morning, Hotel Adriano Rooftop welcomes guests on the ground floor with a fresh, artisanal buffet, where the traditional sweet offerings of Italian breakfast are balanced with savory options. We prioritize the health and well-being of our guests by selecting natural ingredients and catering to all dietary needs, offering gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan products.
